Biography - Shana Ring CHRP
Shana Ring is a Certified Coach and accredited through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She obtained a Certified Executive Coach designation upon completion of the Royal Roads University Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, a six-month intensive coach training program. Shana is also a Core Essentials Graduate from Coach U and Corporate Coach U - a global coach training organization.
Shana is Principal of Insightful Coaching and Consulting based in Regina, Saskatchewan. She also works with Corporate Coach U and is the Director of Coaching Clinic Programs. Shana is an instructor of the Coaching & Mentoring Employees (2-day) Workshop in the University of Regina's Professional Leadership Certificate Program through the Centre for Continuing Education; and a past instructor of Training & Development (HR 232) in SIAST's HR Certificate Program
Shana holds a Master of Arts (MA) Degree in Leadership & Training from Royal Roads University. Her graduate thesis focused on the business benefits of coaching within organizations. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Regina and is qualified/certified in numerous tools including:

Shana brings 15 years of work experience in the Saskatchewan public-sector environment. She has 12 years of Human Resources experience at SaskPower specializing in Organizational Development leading change, developing leadership programs, and facilitating organizational effectiveness. She has coached and consulted with individuals and teams in both management and unionized environments including executives, managers/supervisors and professional staff, and technical staff including engineers, trades and technologists, and shiftworkers.
