One-on-One Coaching

 

Insightful Coaching & Consulting follows a three-phase approach including:

 

Phase 1 - Coaching Consultation and Orientation

  • Identify and discuss need/expectations for Coaching
         (Complimentary In-Take Consultation)
  • Complete and discuss Coachee Profile including work experience, education, family,
         interests, passions, life goals, career goals, etc.
  • Determine key area(s) of focus for Coaching
  • Finalize Coaching Contract for 3 months (minimum); 6 months; or 12 months.

 

Phase 2 - Self-Awareness, Understanding & Discovery

"Aristotle said that integrity comes from knowing yourself, and this self-knowledge is essential for effective leadership" (Dotlich & Cairo, Acton Coaching, 1999).

  • Complete self-assessment tools (MBTI® and/or EQ-i®, and/or Personal Coaching
         Styles Inventory®) - Completion of 360-degree feedback tools (optional)
  • Receive assessment tool debrief of the results and feedback for understanding
  • Acknowledge/Identify strengths, unique gifts, potential blindspots and developmental
         priorities
  • Incorporate findings into Coaching Plan

 

Phase 3 - Goal Setting, Accountability, and On-Going Coaching

  • Establish goals and objectives for Coaching
  • Establish milestones, review dates, and progress reports
  • Finalize Coaching Plan and frequency
  • On-going coaching, measurement and evaluation
